Things HAVE gotten better as I have cancelled the Dance class for these age groups and am focusing on providing quality MUSIC instruction with more of a performance-based approach instead on a history approach. Kids in the new classes are enjoying it and when they are not, I am using a &quot;fake it &#039;til you make it&quot; style of teaching.

		<description>I don&#039;t know if things have gotten better since you posted this, but I do have a couple of suggestions. Don&#039;t worry about being cool. Just be excited about it and stand strong behind it. I also would ask what they like, and use it to motivate or introduce the lessons.</description>
